Challenge

This B2B project needed to shift it’s Excel sheet tracking method to more of a digital platform where they would have realtime updates, easy access to billing statements, or provide simple solution to pay a bill or notify if overdue.

Solution

After gathering user patterns and collecting interviews, composing a dashboard layout with every tiles placed with careful intention was the best solution.

 

This layout allow users a quick summary of their account, skimable information on the go, while billing information and compliance links are clearly laid out.
